The costs of delivery will be displayed to you on our website and on your final order page and confirmation email.

You are able to choose a delivery date when you order goods. We will confirm this in a confirmation email to you. We will always attempt to deliver to you on your selected date, but we will notify you if your goods are not available or possible to despatch for your chosen date.

Sykes House Farm cannot be responsible for any delays outside of our control. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. However, if there a substantial delay (more than a week) you may contact us to receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received. 

If you have asked to collect your order from our onsite butchers’ shop, you can collect them from us at any time during our opening hours as set out on our website.

If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we may follow the instructions you have given us of where to leave the goods in these circumstances. If we leave the goods on your doorstep or with a neighbour, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability.

From time to time we may have to delay the supply of goods to you.  This can occurbecause of technical issues in the factory or limited stock or availability.  You will always be informed by us if this is the case and offered an alternative if necessary or agree a new delivery date.

Once you receive the delivery then the product is then yours and is your responsibility.  We cannot accept any returns due to the nature of the product.  If you have any issues with your delivery then please one of the Customer Care team on 01937 582549 or email orders@sykeshousefarm.co.uk.  Please ensure you do this the day your order arrives.  

If you have any problems with your order or you are not happy with a product, then please call us and we will endeavour to solve any issues as soon as possible.
