From our succulent Yorkshire Dales grass fed lamb.  Lamb leg steaks are a really useful cut of meat, readily available and easy to prepare. They work well as a tray bake or grilled and are beautiful with different marinades.  We sell our Lamb Leg steaks plain or in minted marinade.
