Churned in the heart of Somerset with the addition of quality fresh herbs & other ingredients this Truffle, Parmesan & Black Pepper butter is more than just a finishing butter.  It is lightly salted, married with truffle oil, parmesan, lemon juice & black pepper and it compliments our dry aged steaks. Use to finish any steak or roast or melt into hot al dente Pasta, add to a bowl full of steamed green vegetables or use to soften, silken & flavour mashed potato.
