The October Chef’s Butchers Box is designed by our in house development Chef, Greg Lewis. The box comes with Greg’s recipe recommendations. With a new box every month featuring a variety of the best, seasonal local produce it comes with recommendations for the products as well as suggestions for any accompanying ingredients. The box is designed to cater for different occasions from the classic Sunday roast, Sharing boards, date night, midweek family dinners and weekend brunch. Many of the cuts can be cooked traditionally indoors or BBQ’d in better weather.
