We guarantee the quality of all meat and fresh produce you order from us. All our deliveries are packaged and boxed for safe delivery and to any specifications you have requested. Our Vac Pac bags are all food grade standard and recyclable once rinsed.

Any customer complaints will be addressed within 48 hours by one of the team. We are not able to accept any returns due to the nature of the product. However, we promise to replace any product that does not meet your expectation or offer you a refund.
