Lamb Valentine Steaks are cut from a piece of lamb loin which has been butterfly cut and folded out creating a fabulous heart shaped steak.
A Valentine Steak is essentially one very thick cut chop which has been butterflied (cut with a sharp knife almost right through and then folded out). They are best cooked on the grill, but can also be griddled or pan-fried as they cook quite quickly
