TRUEfoods Poultry Gravy is rich and packed full of flavour. Prepared by reducing the finest chicken stock with morsels of fresh chicken and a generous spoon of redcurrant jelly.

Perfect with classic roast chicken or turkey. A great base for a homemade pie fillings.

Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

Allergens / Ingredients

Chicken stock (82%) (spring water, chicken bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), roasted chicken bone infusion (16%), cornflour, chicken, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate).

Serving Suggestion

Cooking Instructions 250g:

Hob (4-5 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
