Our Yorkshire Stuffed Chicken Cushion is not only delicious but very versatile  and suitable for many occasions.

The chicken is carefully removed from the bone, it is stuffed with apricot sausagemeat. It is then carefully tied to make a decorative cushion shape.

The cushion works really well spiced up with a dry rub too.
