Shelf Life

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened use within 3 days.

Allergens / Ingredients

Ingredients: Reduced turkey stock (74%) (spring water, turkey bones, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato puree, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), roasted turkey bone infusion (11%), onions, white wine (white wine, preservative [potassium METABISULPHITE]), cornflour, brandy, turkey, thyme.

Allergen Advice: For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold.

Serving Suggestion

Cooking Instructions:

Hob: Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwave: Transfer contents to a microwaveable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately. Caution! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
