The Barn Reared Chicken Thigh Oyster Cut are from High Welfare Chickens which are farmed in Yorkshire. The term ‘Oyster Cut’ means on the bone. Choosing bone in, with skin on, helps retain lots of flavour, and is often the cut recommended for curry or oriental dishes due to it having a deeper flavour than the breast meat.
