Our plain streaky bacon is made from the belly of the pig. It is brine-cured and air-dried to perfection. It has just the right amount of fat running through it, which creates a wonderful texture that crisps easily. Streaky bacon is such a versatile product and can be used in many dishes. It is great on your Full English or with American Style Pancakes, drizzled with Maple Syrup.
